Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within the 7-day trial period without giving any reason for doing so. Trial periods are included in the first month for new clients only. There is no trial period in subsequent monthly renewals or annual renewals.

The deadlines for cancellation are:

• Trial Period Cancellation & Refund:
  You are eligible for a refund if your email request for cancellation is received before 7 pm CST on the 6th day of the trial period. No refund will be provided after 7 pm on day 6 or after. Your profile will be deactivated immediately upon request and cannot be reinstated without a new enrollment process.

• Monthly & Annual Subscription Cancellation:
  No refunds will be granted for subscription cancellations after the initial 7-day trial period is complete. Membership cancellations require an email 3 calendar days before the date of your next subscription payment. Your profile will be deactivated immediately upon request and cannot be reinstated without a new enrollment process.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the 7-day trial period cancellation email. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the membership, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
